Expanding you Light - Meditation

“EXPANDING YOUR LIGHT:
PHOTON LIGHT BREATH MEDITATION”

We invite you to join us in a half hour meditation that will literally BLOW YOUR MIND (which is something we are all working toward right?) through a process that includes both a guided meditation AND conscious breathing. In this meditation, we utilize the energy of the Photon Light to bring in powerful healing Light and assist you in clearing any and all energy that does not serve your highest good.
According to the Photon theory of Light, Photons move at a constant velocity in free space. They have zero mass, never rest, and carry energy and momentum thus assisting in escorting energy out of your space that no longer serves you. This meditation introduces a surplus of oxygen into the cells, blood, and entire body through deep breathing assisting in healing and powerful transformations which supports the mind/body/spirit to center and balance itself. That which is not in harmony with your mind/body/spirit will be released through the out breath. As you let go of ego, you experience your true connection to Source, Your Divinity, Ancient Wisdom, True Presence, and The Wonder and Majesty of Life.
In the connected and clear space that you create during this meditation, you have the opportunity to re-member your purpose and passion and truly merge with who you are: UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. We assist you on a journey where you have the opportunity to connect to Source and receive information that you may have been searching for which serves your highest good. This meditation is a powerful tool to continue to empower yourself as you progress as a Lightworker / Peacemaker creating Heaven on Earth moment-to-moment in this Human experience we call life.
